Digital Designer

Job description: This person is responsible for the conceptualization, design and completion of projects in the digital medium, such as: flash advertising creative, software and web interface, mobile web and apps design, etc. This opportunity is a full-time (preferred) or contract position.

Responsibilies:

  • Create designs with clear direction with encouragement to explore
  • Own projects from start to finish
  • Design for Flash, HTML, mobile, applications, and more.
  • Collaborate with creatives, developers, info architects, and key decision-makers to do your best work
  • Produce all phases of graphical production with superior attention to detail
  • Translate business objectives and technological scope into tangible, functional designs, with a user-centered perspective
  • Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience (2+ years) designing brand and information-rich web sites
  • Brand and identity experience
  • Strong conceptual ability and excellent design skills
  • Creative software experience incl. Adobe CS5 (Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of capabilities and limitations of latest web technologies (HTML, AJAX, Flash, CSS, mobile, etc.
  • Ability to create and articulate interaction designs from wire frames to finished designs
  • Understand user-experience
  • Areas We Value:

    Account Manager

    Summary: Blend of attentive customer support, relationship management, interactive marketing analytics, consulting, client and project management. Take a leadership role in scoping and planning initiatives with clients, overseeing their execution and following up with clients to ensure success and leverage future opportunities. Applicant must be eager to understand our clients' business and all latest applicable technologies and strategies.

    Experience: Proven portfolio managing agency relationships, expectations, and results.

    Responsibilites:

  • Manage select existing accounts
  • Build relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners
  • Assist in preparing materials in pursuit of new business opportunities
  • Help develop up-sell opportunities and pursue them
  • Project scope, budget and timeline
  • Manage expectations and day-to-day communications
  • Digital Marketing and Avertising Analyst (metrics, analysis and reporting)
  • Desired Skills:
