Accorrding to European researchers, people make snap judgements whether they like a site or not in less than 1/20 of a second! Reuters has recently published the results of this study this week as released by the Behavior and Information Technology Journal.
According to the head researcher invovled, "It really is just a physiological response, so Web designers have to make sure they're not offending users visually.
"If the first impression is negative, you'll probably drive people off."
