The process of harnessing the personalities and culture of this unique and successful company then communicating that to twenty-something college grads was challenging and very rewarding as the final product shows. The new site is rich in humor, (mis)information, psuedo-historical narrative and more. Put plainly - it's a fun and effective recruiting tool that will attract great talent for a great company well into the future!
